3. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription plans are prepaid and based on the selected duration, such as 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months or 12 Months. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
A subscription request is considered active only after payment or confirmation has been completed and the setup details have been delivered to the customer.
4. Activation & Delivery
Setup details and activation information are delivered manually by WhatsApp or email after confirmation. We aim to process requests as quickly as possible, but delivery time may vary depending on availability, working hours and the information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing correct device information, such as device type, selected app, MAC address, activation key or any setup details required by the chosen IPTV player app.
5. Refund Policy
Because IPTV subscriptions are digital services and setup details may be delivered shortly after confirmation, payments are generally considered final once the service has been activated or delivered.
If a technical issue occurs, customers should contact us for assistance. We will try to help resolve setup or access issues. Refunds, if any, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to misuse the service, share access details without permission, resell access without authorization, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Any misuse, abusive behavior, unauthorized sharing, fraud or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a smooth experience, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Service availability may be affected by internet connection quality, device compatibility, app issues, maintenance, third-party provider issues or circumstances outside our control.

All trademarks, channels, movies, series, logos and content names belong to their respective owners. FINNISHIPTV does not claim ownership of any third-party content or media.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of IPTV services complies with applicable laws and regulations in their country or region.
9. Limitation of Liability
FINNISHIPTV is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service, inability to access the service, device issues, internet connection problems or third-party provider interruptions.
10. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process requests, provide setup assistance and communicate with customers, such as name, email, WhatsApp number, selected plan, device type and message details.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.
