1. Service

Finnish IPTV resells access to a third-party IPTV server. We provide credentials, setup support and customer service via WhatsApp and email. We do not host, encode or own the channels distributed.

2. Payment & Activation

All orders are placed via WhatsApp. Payments are processed manually. Lines are activated within 5–15 minutes of confirmed payment.

3. Refunds

A free 24-hour test line is offered before purchase. Once a paid plan is activated, refunds are evaluated case-by-case and only granted for service-side outages exceeding 24 hours.

4. Acceptable Use

Subscriptions are for one household only. Sharing credentials across multiple homes results in immediate suspension without refund. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

5. Liability

Finnish IPTV is not liable for content availability, third-party app behaviour, ISP throttling or local network issues. We commit to a 99.9% uptime target on our control panel.
